Laborer Apprentice
Assist with loading, scaffolding, concrete work, and site cleanup as a laborer apprentice.

About the Role
• Load and unload equipment • Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5x7x16) and staging • Lift, unload, move, set, and shovel mortar and grout between wheel barrows and buckets • Perform general cleanup and debris removal, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading or burning debris • Place, push, pull, and shovel concrete • Provide work direction and guidance to Laborer I, II, Helpers, and Apprentice • Build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels • Perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs (assistance provided for loads over 50 lbs)
