About the Role

The Project Manager will lead subdivision and ICI site‑plan projects across the GTA, overseeing scheduling, quality assurance, client communications, budget management and construction coordination. They will also prepare detailed design packages, manage post‑construction activities, and provide technical mentorship to junior staff. All staff are expected to fully align with Dillon’s core commitment to health and safety, actively engaging with our processes, identifying hazards and reporting them. • Lead project management for subdivision and ICI site‑plan projects in the GTA. • Schedule, coordinate, and ensure quality of staff activities. • Manage client communications, budgets, invoicing and deliverable timelines. • Collaborate with contract administration during construction, including pre‑construction meetings and field queries. • Oversee post‑construction tasks such as credit reductions, certifications and municipal registrations. • Perform financial duties including invoicing, collections and backlog analysis. • Prepare detailed design packages for earthworks, grading, utilities, stormwater and erosion control. • Produce and coordinate servicing reports, design briefs and stormwater management reports. • Liaise with consultants, clients and approval agencies to expedite design approvals. • Mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance and fostering skill development. • Utilize Civil 3D and other land‑development software for municipal engineering designs. • Commit to ongoing professional development and mentor junior team members.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering or a related field and be a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario. At least eight years of project management experience in civil/land development, expert knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, and a solid understanding of stormwater management are required. Experience with Ontario projects, sewer design, and large‑scale mixed‑use developments is an asset. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering or a related field. • Be a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario. • Possess expert knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, subdivision and site‑plan design. • Have working knowledge of stormwater management practices. • Minimum eight years of project management experience in civil/land development. • Demonstrate strong communication, report writing and multitasking abilities. • Experience with Ontario projects, sewer design and hydraulic analysis is an asset. • Track record delivering large‑scale mixed‑use and infill development projects. • Ability to anticipate design constraints and devise innovative solutions.
