About the Role

• Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum • Fit, assemble, and prep parts according to blueprints and specifications • Inspect and perform quality checks to meet tolerance standards • Clean and finish welds for high‑quality results • Safely operate hand tools, grinders, and shop equipment • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Follow all company safety policies and procedures • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Perform own quality control checks • Participate in a 401(k) profit‑sharing savings plan

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced MIG Welders/Fabricators for projects located in the York, PA area. This is a third shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $23-28/hour based on experience and skill level.
