What You Bring
We are seeking a motivated, detail‑driven Assistant Project Administrator to join our construction services team in Orlando. In this role you will support the Project Administrator and Inspection staff on roadway construction projects, thriving in a dynamic, team‑focused setting. • Prior field or senior inspector experience (preferred) • FDOT or Florida Turnpike experience highly desired • Ability to interpret construction schedules • Minimum 3 years contract‑related experience; advanced degree or certification may substitute • Self‑motivated, organized, detail‑oriented; able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment • Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong math and organizational abilities
