About the Role
The Procurement Manager role aligns with Corporate Procurement and is responsible for managing all aspects of procurement service delivery in India for IFM clients, executing procurement strategies for local and national facility‑services initiatives. The role includes vendor selection, development and management, ensuring Jones Lang LaSalle sourcing and contracting standards are maintained, and meeting the Management Plan’s key performance indicators. Responsibilities include budgeting, overseeing short‑ and long‑term regional projects, coordinating with senior managers and IFM alliance partners, and supporting regional and national sourcing initiatives specified by SCMP Leadership (West Asia). The manager will provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services, review soft‑service and M&E contractor practices, and ensure smooth operations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil works. Additional duties involve establishing AMC/maintenance contracts, standardizing RFQ/bid and contract processes, supervising negotiation teams, managing purchase orders and cost‑savings reporting, promoting financial acumen, consolidating the supplier base, and ensuring timely payments and compliance with JLL processes and statutory requirements for sub‑vendors across India. • Align procurement activities with corporate strategy and deliver service across India for IFM clients. • Select, develop, and manage vendors while upholding JLL sourcing and contracting standards. • Manage budgets, regional projects, and coordinate with senior managers and IFM partners. • Support regional and national sourcing initiatives for West Asia as directed by SCMP leadership. • Oversee facility, contract, and technical service procurement, ensuring quality contractor practices. • Establish and manage AMC/maintenance contracts and streamline RFQ/bid processes. • Lead negotiation teams to secure optimal pricing and terms for clients. • Administer purchase orders, track cost‑savings, and generate related reports. • Consolidate suppliers to leverage volume economies and standardize rates. • Ensure timely vendor payments, compliance with JLL procedures, and statutory requirements. • Supervise sub‑contractor service delivery, staffing, performance and development across sites.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 8‑10 years of experience in purchasing, commercial or facilities management, knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and holds a graduate or postgraduate degree in supply‑chain management or management. • Require 8‑10 years of purchasing/facilities experience, ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle), and a degree in SCM or management.
