About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, Finance & Operations, you will provide hands‑on finance support across a portfolio of projects and business units. • Partner with Project Managers as the primary finance liaison for PDS projects. • Set up project financial structures, including forecasting, budgeting and monthly reporting. • Produce client‑facing financial reports and conduct financial analysis. • Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets and variance analysis. • Support Monthly Business Reviews and project performance discussions. • Assist with cost control, subcontractor payments and project financial close‑out. • Facilitate communication between finance, business units and internal stakeholders. • Drive continuous improvement of PDS finance processes and reporting.

What You Bring

You are commercially minded, proactive and comfortable partnering with operational teams in a fast‑paced environment. You have at least two years of experience in finance, accounting or FP&A and have worked closely with project or consulting teams. • Hold at least 2 years’ finance, accounting or FP&A experience. • Possess tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Commerce; CA/CPA qualified or pursuing. • Demonstrate strong Excel skills and experience with forecasting and budgeting. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Experience in professional services, property, consulting or Big 4 accounting firms is valued. • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., JDE) and Power BI reporting tools is a plus. • Australian citizenship required and eligible for baseline security clearance.
