About the Role

As a Workplace Experience Receptionist you act as an ambassador, positively impacting the care and comfort of our clients’ people, partners and guests. You will engage with them, build strong relationships, understand their wants and needs, and help them feel valued and able to work in an inclusive, productive environment. • Welcome guests enthusiastically, anticipate needs, and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations. • Engage visitors, employees, and callers to make them feel warmly welcomed and assisted promptly. • Serve as central point of contact, providing information and wayfinding for the campus and services. • Monitor and maintain front desk, lobby, and surroundings to ensure a safe, clean, organized environment that reflects brand standards. • Execute the badging process for employees, visitors, and third‑party providers. • Implement and monitor service standards to meet and exceed expectations. • Connect with clients, customers, and support teams to anticipate needs, identify issues, and deliver creative solutions. • Collaborate with facility services and management to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment. • Coordinate across teams to communicate and prepare for meetings and events, addressing concerns to ensure smooth operations. • Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security issues through appropriate channels. • Identify potential risks and escalate to prevent privacy breaches, security incidents, or operational disruptions. • Perform ad‑hoc assignments and administrative support for seamless service delivery. • Create experiences that go beyond expectations, emphasizing a people‑first mindset. • Perform minimal physical activity such as carrying small packages.
