About the Role
The role involves preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conducting cost monitoring, and evaluating contractors to ensure compliance with airport authority standards and deliver cost‑effective solutions for phased airport development projects. • Prepare and verify BOQs for airside and landside works, including runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, and buildings. • Develop cost estimates, rate analyses, and tender documentation in line with airport authority standards. • Evaluate contractor bids, conduct cost comparisons, and support negotiation and award recommendations. • Monitor project costs during design and construction, track variations/claims, and produce cost reports and cash‑flow forecasts. • Collaborate with engineering teams to validate design quantities, resolve scope gaps, and align cost planning for phased airport development. • Review contractor invoices, certify payments, and assess claims with proper documentation. • Support dispute resolution by providing accurate, detailed records.

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with 8–10 years of professional experience in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cost estimation, quantity verification, and contract management for both airside and landside works. • Hold a diploma, graduate, or postgraduate degree in Engineering with 8–10 years of aviation‑sector experience. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, and contract management. • Proficient in cost estimation software, MS Excel, and project management tools; possess strong analytical and communication skills. • Familiar with airport authority standards and regulations for cost estimation and tendering.
