About the Role
The role involves conceptual to detailed design of water dams, retarding and service basins, inspection and condition assessment of existing dams, safety reviews with multidisciplinary teams, client liaison and management of projects of varying scale, and mentoring junior engineers. • Design water dams, retarding basins, and service basins from concept to detailed stages. • Inspect, investigate, and assess conditions of existing dams, reviewing monitoring data. • Conduct safety reviews with multidisciplinary teams. • Liaise with clients and manage multiple projects of varying scale. • Mentor junior engineers.

What You Bring
Candidates should have experience in dams or reservoir engineering and design, relevant tertiary qualifications and preferably CPEng, demonstrated design capability including reports, drawings and specifications, strong report writing and communication skills, and a positive, innovative mindset. • Experience in dam or reservoir engineering and design. • Relevant tertiary qualifications; CPEng highly regarded. • Ability to produce design reports, drawings, and specifications. • Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills.
