About the Role
The company seeks a Project Manager to lead startup, commissioning and warranty management of air‑ and water‑cooled chillers for newly built data centers. The role is based in El Paso, Texas, with extensive travel (up to 75%) and long on‑site stays for candidates located elsewhere. The manager will coordinate engineering, operations, commissioning authorities, contractors and subcontractors. • Lead startup, commissioning, and warranty activities for carrier air‑ and water‑cooled chillers in new data centers. • Create and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking KPIs. • Conduct work‑in‑progress meetings addressing design, material delivery, and labor schedules. • Ensure projects meet or exceed booked profit margin goals and coordinate chiller parts ordering for warranty. • Serve as primary liaison among sales, prime contractors, end‑users, commissioning authorities, general contractors and subcontractors. • Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction. • Interpret mechanical, electrical, and architectural drawings to verify compliance with codes and specifications. • Integrate building automation systems and manage change orders to prevent scope creep. • Accurately forecast monthly revenue and manage project documentation, including warranty processing. • Uphold rigorous job safety standards across all sites.

What You Bring
• Required: 7+ years project management, 5+ years mechanical/HVAC installation, experience with air‑ or water‑cooled chillers, high school diploma/GED. • Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering/MBA, PMP or LEED certification, data‑center chiller experience, BACnet knowledge, strong communication and problem‑solving skills. • Travel up to 75% with extended stays at data‑center sites nationwide.

Benefits
The position offers a salary between $96,750 and $135,250, incentive eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, disability, life insurance and various tax‑advantaged accounts.
