Job Highlights
About the Role
• Travel regularly to construction sites. • Collaborate daily with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. • Develop and maintain detailed construction program schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau in multi‑project environments. • Incorporate schedule data from vendors, suppliers, engineering, and construction contractors into planning systems. • Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, procedures, and role expectations. • Work with project managers and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity. • Provide interface and quality assurance for schedule performance tracking and reporting. • Coordinate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports. • Prepare and update client progress reports, including integrated planning contributions and presentations. • Generate high‑level and 1/3/6‑month look‑ahead schedules from P6. • Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules. • Monitor and communicate potential project delays. • Conduct critical path and schedule risk analyses. • Analyze baseline deviations, identify bottlenecks, propose corrective actions, and assess change‑order impacts. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
• Experience in mission‑critical environments, including commissioning activities (preferred). • Site‑level construction experience (“boots on the ground”) with understanding of construction processes. • Knowledge of best practices for delivering construction programs. • Extensive experience creating and managing large‑scale schedules in Primavera P6. • Background in project controls (beneficial). • Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing. • Ability to work independently and produce concept‑level schedules from limited information. • Skill in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining scheduler independence. • Understanding of system start‑up sequences and major dependencies. • Ability to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics. • Strong collaboration and communication skills. • BS in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. • PSP certification (AACE) beneficial; EIT certification preferred.
