About the Role
In this role you will oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they meet health, safety, quality and production standards while working closely with the contract manager and on‑site management team. You will act as a bridge between clients, contractors and design teams to keep projects on track and presented to the highest standards. • Manage lifecycle projects from initiation through completion • Meet production, profitability, safety, quality and scope targets • Ensure designs and specifications are adhered to • Foster collaborative relationships with clients, contractors and design teams • Present projects to the highest standards at all times • Develop and monitor work programmes and progress • Produce and review method statements, risk assessments and health & safety plans in line with CDM regulations • Lead and support onsite contractors to follow company practices • Compile site folders with pre‑construction information and construction phase plans • Coordinate with external consultants, including CDM coordinators, on enabling works

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have prior supervisory experience, preferably with a CITB SMSTS 5‑day qualification, and a solid understanding of CDM, SHE legislation and quality standards. An Enhanced DBS check is required before commencement. You should be friendly, professional, safety‑conscious and collaborative, sharing pride in making a real difference.
