Assistant Manager – Testing and Commissioning (Saudi National)
Manage and coordinate testing and commissioning of MEP systems for major stadium projects.

About the Role
The role supports project objectives by managing and coordinating testing and commissioning activities in line with the Project Plan, T&C plan, schedule and PMC standards. • Assist project team in achieving commissioning milestones and compliance. • Support commissioning management team and supervise testing and commissioning activities. • Review MEP construction and commissioning feedback to meet O&M requirements. • Follow up on testing, commissioning, and handover plans; track deficiencies and report progress. • Facilitate commissioning meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and mitigate risks. • Prepare handover documentation, update commissioning plans, and conduct site inspections. • Track and report on deficiency list after system commissioning completion. • Safety first: champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment. • Create opportunity: foster continuous improvement and inspire people to develop.

What You Bring

Our values shape how we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. • Minimum 7 years’ experience in testing and commissioning for large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects. • Familiarity with PMC processes, quality systems, and risk management. • Strong understanding of MEP systems, controls, and integration. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Client focus: own quality of deliverables and build long‑term client relationships.
