About the Role
In this role you will develop and maintain linear scheduling method (LSM) and critical path method (CPM) schedules, build resource‑ and cost‑loaded Primavera P6 schedules aligned with baselines, and integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. You will link work breakdown structures to financial breakdown structures for accurate forecasting, produce earned value and schedule performance metrics, conduct critical path and what‑if analyses, and identify and mitigate schedule risks while maintaining compliant documentation. • Develop and maintain LSM and CPM schedules for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects. • Build and update resource‑ and cost‑loaded Primavera P6 schedules aligned with project baselines. • Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. • Link work breakdown structures to financial breakdown structures for accurate cash‑flow forecasting. • Produce earned value metrics, schedule KPIs, and cash‑flow reports for executive reporting. • Conduct critical path analysis, what‑if scenarios, productivity tracking, and time‑impact assessments. • Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies. • Support look‑ahead planning, short‑interval schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have at least five years of scheduling experience on utility transmission lines and substations, advanced expertise in Primavera P6, and familiarity with linear scheduling, large‑scale sitework, and long‑lead equipment schedules. Experience with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar tools is beneficial. Strong communication, influencing, and organizational skills are required, along with a high school diploma (a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field is preferred). • 5+ years scheduling experience with utility transmission lines and substations. • Advanced Primavera P6 expertise, including cost‑ and resource‑loaded schedule development. • Experience with linear scheduling, large‑scale sitework, and long‑lead equipment schedules. • Familiarity with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis tools. • Proven collaboration with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. • Strong communication and influencing skills across multiple departments. • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments. • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field preferred.
