About the Role
• Answer the BEQ on‑call phone at shift start (4 pm) and respond to service calls within one hour. • Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, lock battery replacement, lighting, and pest control. • Retrieve equipment within one hour of a call and return it within the following hour. • Follow established safety procedures, wear required protective equipment, and maintain housekeeping standards. • Complete work accurately, cost‑effectively, and in compliance with contract and DBSI policies. • Collaborate harmoniously with fellow workers and adhere to all safety and health regulations. • Use maintenance craft tools and power tools safely; read plans, schematics, manuals, and codes. • Operate a computer tablet to view work orders and locate parts.

What You Bring
Work is primarily performed indoors, though outdoor tasks may involve temperature extremes and inclement weather.
