About the Role
The Party Chief is responsible for all layout activities, ensuring safe, accurate work while understanding SQP goals and collaborating with project leadership to identify improvement ideas. The role contributes to effective project management through daily observations and communication, interfaces with the client and project management to resolve tolerance conflicts and field constructability issues, and supports safety by perpetuating the IIF culture. • Install onsite layout. • Provide layout that meets quality control requirements. • Direct and oversee staff. • Ensure a safe work environment. • Participate in training and certifications.

What You Bring
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent with six years related experience (or equivalent education/experience). • Minimum two years experience as an Instrument Man II.
