About the Role
• Oversee all worksite operations, including equipment checks, crew briefings, inductions, TMP validation, installation/removal, and documentation. • Implement contingency plans and ensure HSE procedures are followed. • Train and upskill temporary traffic management workers, operatives, and trainees. • Ensure safety of Downer crew, subcontractors and the public. • Act as the primary on‑site TTM contact for stakeholders.

What You Bring
The role requires a physically fit and motivated individual with a full Class 1 & 2 driver’s licence. Desirable qualifications include First Aid certification and TTM Unit Standards 31958‑31963. Extensive experience in temporary traffic management, strong communication and leadership skills, flexibility for shift work, a commitment to safety and a performance mindset are essential.
