About the Role
• Perform routine daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly room sanitization in GMP process areas • Conduct non-routine sanitization in GMP areas due to environmental excursions, process requirements, or facility maintenance • Verify proper sanitization agent rotation, labeling (including expirations and GDP), and use of the correct agent for each task • Mix and dispose of sanitization solutions daily • Dispose of waste from GMP manufacturing process area receptacles regularly • Collect full, soiled gowning article bags daily and replace them with new bags • Order general manufacturing supplies such as clean‑room wipes, gloves, face masks, hairnets, shoe covers, cleaning agents, etc. • Stock and maintain GMP manufacturing process areas with gloves, masks, hairnets, laundered and disposable gowning articles, and sanitizing equipment • Organize and upkeep sanitization supply areas and general manufacturing supply areas • Organize and distribute gowning items (laundered and disposable) within GMP areas daily to ensure proper inventory levels • Participate in cycle counting and inventory of sanitization supplies and gowning articles to maintain inventory for timely reordering

What You Bring
The position requires strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), established cleaning procedures, and compliance with quality standards and regulations. The cleaning and sanitization program controls contamination and serves as a corrective action for excursions, with SOPs enforced to ensure acceptable environmental monitoring results. • Complete required GMP, GDP, and ALCOA documentation accurately and contemporaneously • HSA and FSA programs

Daily Pay On-Demand Available! This full-time Clean Room Technician Lead position offers a $27 hourly rate, a 2‑2‑3 schedule from 7 pm to 7 am, and is located in Holly Springs, NC. The role may require weekends, holidays, and overtime.
