About the Role
The role assists the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering recruitment functions, including talent mapping, building talent pools, and providing consultative support within a professional services environment. It also helps the Human Resources Manager with certain operational activities. • Support the TA Manager in recruitment activities • Provide talent mapping and build talent pools by industry and location • Coach hiring managers throughout the end‑to‑end recruitment process • Utilize recruitment software and databases for efficient management and reporting • Assist with reference checks, offer letter administration, and personnel file management • Track candidate progress and deliver frequent feedback reports to stakeholders • Contribute to employer branding initiatives • Support the HR Manager with operational level tasks

What You Bring
Applicants should hold a diploma or degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, and have 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction, project management, quantity surveying, or professional services. The candidate must be highly organized, able to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with a self‑directed, results‑driven mindset.
