About the Role
The role involves overseeing review, evaluation, and validation of project baseline programs, monitoring progress against schedules, developing internal tracking tools and dashboards, and coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure alignment on schedules and deliverables. The manager will lead progress meetings, provide strategic planning input, engage with stakeholders to forecast realistically, prepare monthly and weekly progress reports with S‑curves and variance analyses, and collaborate on cash‑flow forecasts and their review for accuracy and contract compliance. • Review, evaluate, and validate contractor and consultant baseline programs. • Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones. • Develop and maintain internal PMC tracking tools and project dashboards. • Coordinate schedule alignment and progress updates with construction supervision consultants and contractors. • Lead progress meetings and provide strategic planning input. • Prepare and review weekly and monthly progress reports, including S‑curves and variance analyses. • Generate and update cash‑flow forecasts aligned with project status and delivery timelines. • Review cash‑flow submissions for accuracy, consistency, and contract compliance.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, at least 10 years of planning experience with 5 years in a managerial role, GCC experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Primavera Risk Analysis, and cost control software. Desired skills include experience on Abu Dhabi government‑funded projects, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders, and background in both infrastructure and building projects. • Minimum 10 years planning experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Primavera Risk Analysis, and cost control software. • Experience within GCC region and on building projects such as roads, bridges, schools, and hospitals. • Preferred experience on Abu Dhabi government‑funded projects and infrastructure projects.
