About the Role

In the Global Martech Platforms team, you will serve as a Specialist focused on Eloqua, supporting and evolving the platform across regions and business lines so marketing teams worldwide can deliver high‑quality, scalable, automated campaigns. This temporary 12‑month role lets you shape how marketing technology empowers a global organization. • Enable marketing teams by guiding automation for journeys, lead nurturing, and scalable engagement. • Manage segmentation, contact imports, and perform technical QA to meet governance standards. • Troubleshoot Eloqua issues, provide day‑to‑day user support, and recommend platform enhancements. • Lead onboarding, training, and create documentation such as checklists, FAQs, and SharePoint resources. • Monitor and triage ticket queues (Monday.com, Jira) ensuring timely resolution. • Collaborate with Eloqua Product Owner, Martech Enablement, and Digital Martech Delivery teams on platform evolution. • Contribute to scalable operational frameworks for global, multilingual teams and regional requirements.

What You Bring

• Hands‑on experience administering and troubleshooting Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms. • Proficiency with ticketing tools (Monday, Jira, Trello) to manage support workflows. • Strong data‑management, QA, and documentation skills for non‑technical audiences. • Ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language. • Experience navigating multilingual, multi‑region operational environments. • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, GDPR/CASL compliance, and integration concepts (APIs, CRM). • Passion for problem‑solving, continuous improvement, and best‑practice marketing automation frameworks.
