About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to support Project and Construction Managers in coordinating project activities, ensuring schedules, document control, and quality standards are met, and delivering services at the highest level for client satisfaction. • Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, site walkthroughs, and closeout deliverables. • Resolve client, contractor, and consultant issues throughout construction. • Maintain client relationships and communicate with stakeholders. • Develop and implement tools, processes, and procedures to support projects. • Track project progress against budgets, targets, and forecasts. • Recommend improvements to program strategies and business processes. • Evaluate program effectiveness and ensure alignment with objectives. • Oversee RFI and submittal processes. • Prepare and update project schedules and budgets. • Coordinate on-site construction activities and daily reporting. • Ensure projects meet time, budget, quality, and safety standards. • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.

What You Bring

• Interpret project scope and contract documents; understand prime and subcontract agreements. • Bachelor’s degree (technical coursework preferred) and 3+ years of mechanical/electrical/lighting upgrade experience. • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, solar, and lighting technologies. • Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiar with database systems.
