About the Role
The Retail Merchandiser serves as a key link between Footprint Solutions and its retail customers, implementing plan‑ograms, stocking displays, conducting surveys and audits, assisting with remodels, and tagging products with security materials. Merchandisers cover multiple locations within a predetermined territory and report directly to a District Manager while working independently onsite.

What You Bring
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment depending on projects in your area. • Strong communication skills required. • Independent thinker, problem solver and decision maker. • Smart‑phone technology knowledge highly preferred. • Ability to work remotely and submit store‑visit schedules, photos, and travel expenses in a timely manner. • Ability to effectively manage your time. • Highly ethical in all work practices. • Self‑motivated and highly organized. • Must be 18 years or older. • Able to meet the physical demands of the job, including reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking. • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Benefits
The Merchandiser position is a flexible, part‑time role that starts immediately with an hourly wage of $15.50. Hours are variable and the position is non‑exempt.
