About the Role
The Executive Regional Director, Midwest is a senior leader responsible for driving regional performance, strengthening market leadership, and ensuring consistent execution of brokerage, operational, and growth strategies. The role serves as the senior business leader for the Chicago territory, balancing revenue growth, talent leadership, client relationships, and operational discipline while partnering with corporate functions. The director acts as a trusted advisor to top producers, market leaders, and represents the firm externally. Key responsibilities include owning overall business performance—revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion—translating firmwide strategy into regional priorities, and partnering with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities. The director drives top‑line performance through broker productivity, client expansion, major pursuits, and monitors pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics. Talent leadership involves recruiting, developing, and retaining senior brokers, overseeing performance management and succession planning. The role also maintains executive‑level client relationships, represents the firm at industry events, and ensures operational and financial oversight, including budgeting, expense management, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.

What You Bring
Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree with real‑estate/operations focus preferred), plus 15+ years of commercial real‑estate brokerage experience with senior leadership responsibility. Candidates must demonstrate ability to lead diverse teams, fluency in institutional investment real‑estate language, strong market credibility, and a proven record of sustained revenue growth and P&L management. Experience influencing senior producers without direct authority and understanding brokerage economics and deal dynamics is essential. • Commercially astute with a strong bias toward execution. • Credible, confident, and able to operate effectively with top producers. • Strategic thinker who can also dive into details when needed. • Direct, fair, and consistent in decision-making. • Collaborative leadership style with strong cross-functional partnership skills.

Benefits
Compensation for the role ranges from $340,000 to $400,000, with pay based on location, experience, and market rates, and the company will not pay less than minimum wage.
