What You Bring

The ideal candidate brings sector‑specific expertise, relevant technical qualifications and thorough knowledge of health‑and‑safety regulations. They have a strong background in consultancy, construction, infrastructure or property, with experience in estimating, scheduling, contracts, procurement and commercial reporting. Proven experience in managing medium‑size or complex projects, particularly during the construction delivery phase, and professional membership such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS or MICE is required. A tertiary qualification in project management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience, is also expected. • Demonstrate experience in managing medium‑size or complex projects and construction delivery. • Hold relevant professional membership (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE) or equivalent credentials. • Possess a tertiary qualification in project management, construction, or a related discipline.
