This position strengthens product quality and ensures compliance throughout the manufacturing process. • Conduct final product audits using visual inspections and a quality checklist. • Investigate production‑raised quality issues and assign non‑conformance responsibility to the appropriate department. • Apply Red‑Tags to non‑conforming products and contain affected items in the facility and yard. • Create Quality Notifications in SAP, documenting non‑conformances and assigning corrective actions. • Participate in team problem‑solving exercises and drive containment activities. • Deliver accurate, timely quality data and progress updates to management. • Support special projects and promote a compliance culture aligned with the Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct. • Utilize quality tools (e.g., 8D), measuring equipment, and MS Office in daily tasks. • Apply strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in a large‑equipment manufacturing environment.

What You Bring
The position requires flexible work hours, an associate degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Quality Engineering, or two years of quality experience with large‑equipment manufacturing. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Demonstrate knowledge of RRPS components, gauge/test equipment, and plant operations.
