About the Role
The position is an intermediate-level role responsible for performing tasks and activities related to the specific process or business area to which the employee is assigned. The employee will work within established business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, maintaining professional communication with internal customers. They will incorporate new procedures into daily work, meet productivity targets, and address problem invoices and quality control issues promptly. Additional responsibilities include generating reports, creating management information systems, and handling any other duties assigned by supervisors. • Maintain professional and productive relations and communications with internal customers. • Follow standard procedures and integrate new procedures into daily routine. • Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements as defined by managers. • Resolve problem invoices with utmost urgency. • Return or resolve quality control issues in problem queues. • Generate reports and create MIS for the role as advised.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent degree. Preferred applicants bring at least six months of relevant experience in audit, accounts, or finance, with familiarity in similar processes considered an advantage. The role involves frequent repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, and constant sitting, talking, and hearing in a professional office setting. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines is regularly used. • Understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures. • Required: B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree. • Preferred: 6 months relevant experience in audit, accounts & finance; experience in similar processes is an advantage.
