About the Role
As a Neighbourhood Response Officer you will manage properties across the Cambridgeshire region, carrying out customer visits, viewings and sign‑up appointments, and investigating tenancy breaches and anti‑social behaviour. You will collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and residents to keep Clarion neighbourhoods clean and safe, develop neighbourhood plans and local offers, and work with resident groups to create community facilities, activities and events. You will be responsible for keeping estates tidy and free from health and safety risks by reporting fly‑tipping and monitoring grounds maintenance. The position requires regular travel within the local area, a basic criminal record check, adherence to Clarion’s AI recruitment guidelines, and eligibility to work in the UK with residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment. • Conduct customer visits, viewings, and sign‑up appointments across Cambridgeshire. • Identify and investigate tenancy breaches and reports of anti‑social behaviour. • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and residents to maintain clean, safe neighbourhoods. • Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans, local offers, and community activities. • Partner with resident groups to create facilities, events, and improve local amenities. • Report fly‑tipping and monitor grounds maintenance to mitigate health and safety risks.

Benefits
The role offers a salary of £34,498 to £40,070 per annum, based in March at Beacon House, with a hybrid working arrangement of 36 hours per week on a permanent contract. Candidates will work both from the office and remotely, travelling across Cambridgeshire as required.
