About the Role

Reporting directly to the Furniture Solutions department Director, the Furniture Solutions Coordinator serves as the link between purchase orders sent to suppliers and the logistics partner. The role ensures the administrative processing of sales orders, confirming they are complete and comply with internal procedures. It involves managing, registering, and tracking orders while communicating with customers from order entry through delivery, billing and invoice payment. The coordinator places purchase orders, verifies manufacturer confirmations, and collaborates with project managers and logistics to capture all project details for smooth delivery and installation. Financial closing of orders, preparation of delivery receipts, logistics books and procurement trackers are also required, as is on‑site presence during delivery and installation when needed. The role updates sales statistics, follows up on purchase‑order and supplier‑invoice validation, handles customer invoicing, and onboards new suppliers to ensure they meet JLL standards. • Place purchase orders and confirm supplier receipt • Verify manufacturer order confirmations • Coordinate project details with managers and logistics for delivery and installation • Register purchase orders and prepare delivery receipts • Maintain logistics books and procurement trackers • Provide on‑site support during project delivery and installation as needed • Update statistics and team sales reports • Follow up on validation of purchase orders and supplier invoices • Process customer invoicing • Onboard new suppliers and ensure compliance with JLL standards
