About the Role
Receive service calls from the Service Resource Center describing equipment or system malfunctions, contact the customer representative to identify issues, and perform service and repairs on commercial, industrial, and residential sprinkler systems—including wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge and fire pumps. • Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals, part manuals, change notices and bulletins, modification notices, etc., to diagnose and repair equipment. • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications software/systems, programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. • Exhibit effective customer service skills by consistently communicating with the district staff and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction. • Electronically complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain customer’s signature. • Participate in a scheduled On‑call rotation. • Maintain truck inventory for prompt service.

What You Bring
• Minimum 2 years experience in fire sprinkler/suppression industry. • Proficient in reading blueprints, submittals, and product manuals. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. • Physically capable of lifting 50‑70 lb and working at heights up to 40 ft. • Willingness to travel overnight as needed. • Strong customer service and safety compliance. • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. • Pass pre‑employment background check and drug test. • Preferred: NICET Level II and State Fire Protection or Journeyman License.
