What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with construction and industrial tools and equipment. Experience in equipment rental, strong customer service and telephone skills, solid computer and administrative abilities are also valued, with DOT qualification and bilingual ability considered a plus. • Use your inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours & potential overtime • High School diploma or GED required • Valid Driver’s license required • Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment • Previous equipment rental industry experience • Strong customer service & telephone skills • Solid computer and administrative skills • Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations

Benefits
The position requires physical activities such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, and may involve indoor or outdoor work as needed. The base pay range is $23.52–$27.93, with the starting rate depending on factors such as location, education, training, and experience.
