About the Role

As a key member of the HR team, you will build strong relationships with internal clients and HR partners locally and across the firm, oversee employee development, employee relations, performance management, team building, and career development. You will manage employee‑relations matters with tact, serve as a trusted resource, and guide employees on company processes, programs, and benefits. You will collaborate with professionals to retain top talent, foster an inclusive environment, and support professional growth, managing the full employee life cycle and implementing innovative training programs.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field • Minimum 8+ years of related experience, including employee relations • Ability to travel within the Southwest region occasionally (less than 10%), may include overnight travel • Knowledge of federal and state labor and employment law • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HRIS systems • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication, presentation, and relationship building • Excellent organization, follow‑through, and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment with limited supervision • Ability and desire to work collaboratively with regional and firm‑wide team members to meet goals • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent internal and external client service • Preferred certifications: aPHR, PHR, SPHR, or SHRM‑CP/SC
