About the Role
The Assistant Property Manager will support the property management team in overseeing building occupancy, tenant relations, and facility operations. This includes coordinating maintenance, managing vendor services, and assisting with financial tracking and reporting to ensure smooth day‑to‑day building performance. • Manage building occupancy and maintenance activities. • Communicate with tenants to address property issues. • Coordinate maintenance and facility needs with tenants and third‑party vendors. • Produce advertising materials in collaboration with the property‑management team. • Show properties to prospective tenants. • Collect monthly fees and maintain payment and rental records. • Prepare budgets and financial reports. • Arrange vendor services such as trash removal, landscaping, security, and maintenance. • Investigate and help resolve complaints, disturbances, and violations. • Support team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.

What You Bring
Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills, be detail‑oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. A solid understanding of anti‑discrimination housing laws, critical‑thinking abilities, and at least six years of property‑management experience, along with a relevant diploma (EE or BEE), are required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Strong customer‑service orientation. • Effective time‑management and task‑prioritization skills. • Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving capabilities. • Knowledge of anti‑discrimination housing regulations. • Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Building Engineering (BEE) or equivalent. • Minimum six years of property‑management experience.
