About the Role

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems. • Coordinate repairs, installations, and upgrades with vendors and contractors. • Monitor building automation and energy‑management systems to optimize performance. • Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed records of building equipment. • Manage property‑management software, work orders, and financial‑reporting platforms. • Support implementation and troubleshooting of tenant technology services (internet, telecom, smart‑building features). • Respond promptly to tenant technical requests and coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs. • Serve as primary technical liaison between tenants and building management, translating complex information. • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. • Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and coordinate required inspections and certifications. • Maintain emergency‑preparedness protocols and assist in crisis‑management situations.

Candidates should hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities or property management (or equivalent) and bring 9‑10 years of experience in property or facilities management. They must demonstrate strong technical aptitude with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, be proficient with property‑management software and Microsoft Office, and understand building codes and safety regulations. Preferred credentials include property‑management certification, experience with building automation and energy‑management platforms, and relevant HVAC certifications. • Hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). • Possess 9‑10 years of property/facilities management or building‑operations experience. • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Proficient in property‑management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. • Preferred: property‑management certification and experience with building automation and energy‑management platforms. • Preferred: HVAC or other relevant technical certifications.
