About the Role

Key responsibilities include owning the product portfolio's financial performance—orders, revenue, and margin—through data‑driven daily management and problem solving. The role builds multi‑year roadmaps with cross‑functional teams, gathers Voice‑of‑Customer insights, and conducts competitive and market analyses to define positioning and pricing strategies. Collaboration with Engineering ensures next‑generation motor designs deliver strong ROI, while partnership with Marketing and Sales launches differentiated products and improves customer gain‑share. What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and have at least eight years of commercial or product management experience with highly engineered B2B industrial products. Required skills include strong analytical and logical problem‑solving abilities, effective communication and presentation capabilities, and proficiency with MS Office and BI tools such as PowerBI. The role demands comfort with ambiguity, risk, and change, an owner‑mindset, and the ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally; HVAC industry experience is preferred. • Minimum 8 years product/commercial management in B2B industrial manufacturing • Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high‑risk environments • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PowerBI • Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally • Preferred: HVAC industry experience
