About the Role

The role is accountable for managing the planning function across projects and tenders, ensuring robust schedules, effective monitoring and integration with project management to deliver medium‑to‑high complexity portfolios on time and profitably. It is a hybrid position based in London. • Apply planning and scheduling methodologies, tools, and earned value management. • Provide expert project controls advice, influence requirements, and drive corrective actions. • Lead and develop high‑performing planning teams delivering schedule management services. • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve profitable outcomes and support net‑zero transition. • Offer strategic leadership for planning delivery across projects, tenders and business areas. • Support negotiations, governance and long‑term functional strategy with integrity. • Foster inclusive, high‑performing teams through collaboration, knowledge sharing and client engagement. • Prioritize safety, ensuring a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment. • Deliver high‑quality outcomes, building long‑term client relationships. • Champion continuous improvement, creating opportunities for people to excel.
