About the Role

The Filter Technician replaces air filters and performs basic HVAC maintenance on rooftop ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers. Work is primarily outdoors, may require overnight travel, and involves working at heights and with ladders.

What You Bring

• Minimum age 21 and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Residence within 40 miles of the assigned region • Ability to work at heights up to 40 ft and use extension ladders • Weight under 275 lb to meet ladder safety limits • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Proven ability to work independently under remote supervision • Willingness to work overtime and overnight travel during peak periods (meals and lodging paid) • Capability to lift and carry up to 75 lb • Experience in facility or grounds maintenance • Experience in construction • Experience in HVAC work • Experience in cable installation • Experience in route driving • Experience in roofing
