About the Role

The role involves building tooling, loading parts, performing concentricity and alignment checks, maintaining autonomous machines, ensuring part traceability, and welding compressor drums, shafts, blisk assemblies and other components. You will also contribute to process improvement activities and manage process risks using PFMEA. • Build tooling and load parts onto tooling • Perform concentricity and alignment checks • Maintain autonomous machines and process controls • Ensure part traceability during welding of compressor drums, shafts, and blisk assemblies • Contribute to process improvement and PFMEA risk management • Read and interpret technical drawings; follow complex build sequences • Operate CNC machinery • Maintain process compliance and attention to detail (preferred)

Rolls‑Royce is seeking an experienced Electronic Beam Welder for a full‑time position in Derby.
