About the Role
The Mechanic role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet that includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty equipment such as generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil‑&‑gas gear. The position emphasizes safety and efficiency to minimize downtime, and may require the mechanic to provide their own tools. • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • May need to provide mechanic’s tools of the trade

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and have 3‑5 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment. Essential skills include advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting ability, flexibility in a fast‑paced environment, and, where needed, bilingual communication. • Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models & equipment • High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired • 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment strongly preferred • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems & troubleshooting skills • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems & troubleshooting skills • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs
