What You Bring

UK Immigration note: Mott MacDonald Ltd. is not offering Skilled Worker visa sponsorship due to recent changes; candidates must be eligible for alternative immigration routes that do not require sponsorship now or in the future. • Extensive experience delivering major design projects (design fees > £5m) in a project or design manager role, especially under Design & Build contracts. • Strong project, financial, programme, and resource management capabilities. • Proven ability to manage large teams (over 100 people) and meet demanding schedules. • Demonstrated business development and marketing skills, including writing winning proposals. • Excellent communication skills for conveying targets and priorities to staff, clients, and partners. • BEng/BSc in civil engineering or related discipline. • Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent) and membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers (or equivalent).
