About the Role

The Operations Supervisor – Hauling Operations oversees collection activities across commercial, residential, roll‑off, and container services within a geographically dispersed area. Reporting to the Operations Manager and General Manager, the role supervises drivers and helpers, implements tactical initiatives, and ensures functional excellence and budget achievement. Key responsibilities include leading safety programs, delivering superior customer experience, driving operational efficiency, and fostering employee engagement. The supervisor removes unsafe conditions, collaborates with sales and maintenance, resolves service issues, optimizes routes, manages labor and disposal costs, and builds a collaborative team environment. • Lead and enforce safety programs, remove unsafe conditions, and partner with maintenance to ensure equipment compliance. • Drive operational efficiency by setting productivity targets, optimizing routes, and managing labor and disposal expenses. • Build a collaborative team environment, mentor employees, and support career development. • Provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. • Provide Employee Assistance Program and employee discount programs.

The position offers a pay range of $82,600 to $113,650, dependent on locality, with a 10% annual incentive target (MIP).
