About the Role

The Senior Transportation Engineer role is pivotal in managing workloads between the Transportation & Infrastructure teams in WSP (US) and the GCC. This individual will deliver high‑quality transport modelling support for projects in both India and the United States, and will assist the Head of Department in overseeing junior staff and their outputs. • Manage workload distribution between Transportation & Infrastructure teams in the US and GCC. • Deliver high‑quality transport modelling for projects in India and the United States. • Support the Head of Department by supervising junior engineers and reviewing their deliverables. • Provide training in intersection and corridor analysis, microsimulation, traffic system analysis, and traffic studies. • Act as the primary quality‑check for work produced by the GCC team. • Contribute analysis that informs client decisions on large‑scale infrastructure projects. • Operate within WSP’s hybrid work model, balancing collaboration and flexibility. • Uphold health, safety, and wellbeing standards under the “Making Health and Safety Personal” initiative. • Promote an inclusive, diverse workplace aligned with WSP’s unbiased hiring and promotion policies.
