About the Role
• Oversee the execution and tracking of AR, AP, and QA workstreams. • Support the Finance Director with month-end close activities, helping ensure integrity and accuracy of reported results and reconciliation across financial systems. • Assist in reviewing monthly deliverables for accuracy and adherence to agreed timescales. • Flag potential risks to the Finance Leadership during preparation of monthly deliverables. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information. • Help prepare monthly reporting compliance packages including variance analysis, supporting schedules, and forward-looking commentary inclusive of risks and opportunities to contractual budget. • Develop understanding of client and corporate financial requirements. • Support the revenue recognition process accuracy and compliance with contract terms. • Assist in accounts receivable management and follow up on AR over 30 days past due. • Help monitor cash management procedures for accounts receivable/payable. • Participate in maintaining robust internal control systems to safeguard the organization's financial assets; other internal controls-related programs (zero leaks, account reviews, FRMC findings, etc). • Assist with documentation of policies and procedures. • Participate in special projects and ad‑hoc analysis as required. • Work toward developing comprehensive understanding of finance systems and processes. • Developing leadership skills with ability to collaborate effectively.

What You Bring
We are seeking a Professional – Financial Analysis to support divisional operations and work directly with Finance Leadership to deliver core business analysis and metrics. The role ensures timely and accurate management and month‑end reporting while managing business process functions. Strong communication, detail orientation, organization and a willingness to learn are essential. The position is on‑site in Gurugram, HR, with a 40‑hour weekly schedule. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field, be progressing toward a CPA or CA, and have 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a large company environment. • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.). • Professional certification progress (working toward CPA or CA) preferred. • 4+ years related experience, preferably in a large company environment. • Basic knowledge of US GAAP. • Strong project & time management skills with willingness to learn and adapt. • Proficiency in financial analysis tools (Excel, financial planning software) and familiarity with ERP systems. • Analytical skills to examine financial data, identify patterns, and support insights. • Team‑oriented attitude with ability to work under tight deadlines. • Problem‑solving skills to help address internal customers’ needs. • Self‑starter mentality with attention to detail. • Accuracy and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
