About the Role
The Senior Finance Specialist role is part of a client‑dedicated finance team and supports all finance functions of the account, including month‑end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The position provides timely and accurate financial reporting to the client, the account management team, and JLL corporate finance while partnering closely with the Finance Manager. It offers high client visibility and exposure to senior stakeholders across both client and JLL operations. • Deliver comprehensive financial control processes and ensure robust compliance monitoring across all client account operations. • Execute month‑end closing processes, including accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations for accurate reporting. • Generate timely client invoices, maintain detailed accounts receivable records, and conduct aging analysis to optimize cash flow. • Provide high‑quality financial reporting to JLL account teams and clients, including glide‑path performance and budget variance analysis. • Optimize financial reporting presentations and insights, coordinating consolidated teamwork and enhancing stakeholder communication. • Support commercial management through advanced planning, forecasting, and systematic savings tracking to improve account performance. • Lead client‑facing activities such as financial discussions, budget development support, and resolution of finance queries. • Analyze commercial and contractual aspects of client accounts, managing savings initiatives, reconciliations, baseline control, and business case reviews. • Build and maintain strong relationships with client‑side finance teams via regular reporting, proactive communication, and strategic insights. • Identify operational issues by analyzing process and performance trends, proposing corrective solutions to boost efficiency and client satisfaction. • Supervise and develop direct reports, fostering professional growth while maintaining high‑performance standards across the finance function. • Assist broader client teams in enhancing service delivery platforms, contributing strategic financial expertise to overall account success. • Support the Finance Manager across complex finance operations to ensure seamless delivery of JLL and client financial requirements. • Deputize for the Finance Manager when needed, maintaining continuity of all finance operations and client relationship management.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics (MBA or professional certifications are a plus) and have 5–8 years of relevant experience working with international teams and clients. Required expertise includes advanced financial analysis, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel modeling and PowerPoint), as well as strong internal controls. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed to present complex financial information to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. Preferred qualifications include experience with E1, Corrigo, or similar ERP platforms, a background in real‑estate services, facilities management, or professional services, and a proven record of process improvement and system implementation. The role is based on‑site in Gurugram and follows a 40‑hour weekly schedule.
