About the Role
In this role you will handle account setup and management, provide order support, manage quotes, and deliver both customer and product assistance. You will work closely with sales, professional services, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. • Maintain customer relationship data and ERP databases • Enter and update account information with sales and customers • Review purchase orders/contracts and qualify/process orders • Coordinate post‑sale follow‑up and program engagement across teams • Collaborate with supply chain, programming, shipping, and finance for on‑time delivery • Provide phone support for customer inquiries and order issues • Manage quotes and respond to pricing requests • Troubleshoot logistics, product, and procedural issues for customers • Advocate for customers to ensure timely delivery and handle complaints • Participate in process improvement initiatives within Client Services • Support client program and project compliance • Qualify leads and follow up with sales • Handle Return Materials Authorization for post‑sale services • Complete projects with minimal supervision
