About the Role
The Regional Discipline Leader provides overall leadership to achieve productivity, profitability, client satisfaction, and high‑quality work, while managing marketing, business development, billing, staffing, training, and compliance across the region. • Provide leadership, managerial direction, and guidance to achieve regional goals. • Direct overall productivity, profitability, client satisfaction, and work quality. • Lead discipline marketing and business development efforts. • Actively cross‑sell all company services. • Manage billings and collections. • Coordinate resource sharing and staffing with geographic discipline leaders. • Oversee regional training, staff procurement, and development. • Monitor staff utilization and take corrective action as needed. • Ensure compliance with CED policies, including the Health and Safety Program. • Travel regularly to various regions and offices by car or airplane. • Procure and maintain business with FDOT districts, water/wastewater districts, CFX, GMA, counties, cities, and municipalities.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings over 20 years of transportation construction experience, a bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering, prior FDOT experience, and a proven track record of team management and decisive leadership. • Minimum 20 + years of transportation construction experience. • Valid U.S. driver’s license. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering. • Prior FDOT experience. • Proven experience managing teams. • Strong leadership and decisive decision‑making skills. • Proficiency with computers and adaptability to new software. • Ability and willingness to work outdoors on project sites for extended periods. • Strong mathematics abilities. • Excellent communication skills. • High attention to detail. • Ability to read, write, and understand English for job‑related communications.
