About the Role
The role operates under general supervision on-site, performing minor maintenance and repair tasks across painting, carpentry, pipefitting, electrical, and refrigeration occupations. Key duties include executing interior plumbing, minor repairs, patching walls, painting touch‑ups, electrical repairs, and maintaining plumbing fixtures, appliances, equipment, and HVAC filters. The employee must wear company‑issued PPE, participate in safety training, maintain tools, complete mandated training, and adhere to safety policies while delivering timely, cost‑effective work and interacting professionally with diverse personnel. • Perform interior plumbing, minor carpentry, painting, and refrigeration repairs. • Conduct electrical tasks such as replacing bulbs, switches, and outlet covers. • Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, household appliances, and maintain equipment and ducts. • Clean and service water fountains, toilets, urinals, faucets, drains, and HVAC filters. • Maintain and properly use tools and equipment. • Complete all mandated training and adhere to company SOPs and safety policies. • Deliver work timely, accurately, and cost‑effectively while handling pressure. • Obtain and maintain a security clearance and AEDC network access.

What You Bring
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of progressive maintenance experience, the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance and AEDC network access, a valid state driver’s license, proficient English communication skills, and U.S. citizenship. The position requires physical capabilities such as lifting and carrying up to 35 lb, climbing, and using both hands and fingers, as well as the ability to work in noisy environments, sit for extended periods, and use standard office equipment and computers.
