About the Role
The Union Building Engineer (Non-Certified) supports designated leadership with daily operations of all building systems. Responsibilities include hard-surface maintenance and repair, basic carpentry and metal work, and operating, maintaining and repairing HVAC, mechanical and electrical equipment. The engineer also responds to customer requests, submits and closes work orders, and performs other assigned duties. • Perform hard‑surface maintenance, basic carpentry, and metal work. • Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems. • Respond to customer service requests and manage work orders from start to completion. • Work Monday‑Friday, 10 AM‑6 PM at the Rancho Cucamonga, CA site.
