About the Role
The position leads the connection between sales and marketing, turning sales priorities into strategic campaigns, account‑based programs, events and collateral while setting MQL standards and delivering executive‑level performance readouts. The role sits within the Sales Strategy & Excellence organization, which drives sales strategic initiatives and coordinates cross‑functional efforts across the company. • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing, establishing a recurring communication cadence with clear decisions, owners, and timelines. • Translate sales priorities into marketing plans such as campaigns, account‑based programs, content, and events using detailed briefs. • Align account‑based marketing initiatives with account teams’ objectives. • Orchestrate agreement on customer‑facing event strategy, execute events, and measure ROI impact. • Provide regular updates on marketing priorities to Sales leadership and create leadership‑level materials. • Manage a structured intake and prioritization process for marketing requests from sales leaders. • Coordinate field‑ready campaign collateral across Marketing and Go‑to‑Market Enablement, ensuring necessary localization.

What You Bring
Autodesk creates software that enables innovators to design sustainable buildings, cleaner vehicles, smarter factories and blockbuster movies, fostering a culture that values collaboration, diversity, and purposeful work. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Possess 7‑10 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or business development, including 3‑5 years in a leadership role. • Demonstrated expertise in defining and overseeing marketing strategies, campaigns, and sales plays aligned with strategic priorities. • Strong understanding of marketing‑sales alignment, including setting MQL requirements and improving screening processes. • Excellent project management skills for developing and executing marketing campaigns, messaging, sales collateral and events. • Analytical ability to gather, interpret and report on MQL impact and implement screening improvements. • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring high‑performing marketing teams and making resource allocation decisions. • Effective cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success and other departments. • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, project management, analytics and data visualization tools. • Preferred qualities: high integrity, professionalism, customer‑centric focus, adaptability to dynamic business needs.
