About the Role

The Senior Project Manager – Engineering will lead multidiscipline, technically complex projects, overseeing cross‑functional teams, managing concurrent projects, and maintaining client relations while supporting marketing, contractual, design, and production activities. The role involves coordinating staffing, implementing QA/QC procedures, training personnel, mentoring junior managers, and ensuring professional engineering registration. • Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of multidiscipline projects with high technical complexity. • Lead cross‑discipline and cross‑functional teams to execute multiple projects concurrently. • Establish client relationships and support marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. • Conduct schematic, design development, and contract document sessions on project sites with relevant professionals. • Coordinate staffing and workload throughout the project lifecycle to meet delivery schedules. • Collaborate with HDR leadership (business/accounting managers, project controllers, department managers) for routine project reviews. • Implement QA/QC procedures. • Execute training for personnel according to strategic plans. • Supervise large project staffs and mentor less‑experienced project managers. • Obtain and maintain professional engineering registration.

What You Bring

• Preferred: Master's degree. • Preferred: Federal experience. • Preferred: PMP certification. • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. • Required: Minimum 10 years related experience. • Required: At least 5 years project management experience. • Required: Professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng) for the position location. • Required: Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project (Access a plus). • Required: Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
